The invention relates to a pulse type supercritical fluidization device for preventing segregation of multi-element particles, wherein the pulse type supercritical fluidization device consists of a fluid supply system, a cylindrical fluidized bed body, a fluid heating system, an electromagnetic valve and a pressure and temperature information acquisition and data processing system; the device mainly comprises a water supply tank, a flowmeter, a high-pressure plunger pump, a heat exchanger, a spiral pipe heater, a pulse electromagnetic valve, a fluidized bed, a pressure sensor, a thermocouple,a water tank and a data acquisition and output terminal (computer). The water supply tank is used for providing normal-temperature and normal-pressure water. The high-pressure plunger pump is used forincreasing the pressure value of the system. The fluid heating system is used for heating fluid. The computer is connected with the thermocouple and the pressure sensor, and is used for carrying outpost-processing on data information and transmitting an instruction to the pulse electromagnetic valve. The pulse electromagnetic valve is used for controlling a valve of the pulse electromagnetic valve according to a signal transmitted by the computer, so that fluid is input into the fluidized bed in a pulsating wave flowing form.
