Abstract

A furnace hearth, an upper heating chamber and a lower heating chamber are sequentially partitioned by a blasting heat-resistant steel bottom plate and heating chamber partitioning boards from top to bottom in an inner chamber of a combustion boiler body; a heat exchange ring pipe is arranged in the lower heating chamber; a plurality of air caps are arranged on the blasting heat-resistant steel bottom plate, and air inlets of the air caps penetrate through the heating chamber partitioning boards through blasting pipes and communicate with the heat exchange ring pipe; a plurality of blanking holes are formed in the blasting heat-resistant steel bottom plate and is connected with blanking reaction pipes in correspondence with the blanking holes; the blanking reaction pipes penetrate through the heating chamber partitioning boards and lead to a collection hopper which is arranged at the bottom of the furnace body; and a plurality of heating chamber burner nozzles are uniformly arranged in the upper and lower heating chambers. The device and the system disclosed by the invention have the characteristics of being continuous in production, high in heat efficiency, stable in furnace temperature, uniform in calcination temperature, easy for control of temperature and balanced in quality; and moreover, the fluidized bed type combustion boiler device system for full-reducing atmosphere is provided.
