Abstract

The high-density sealing agent is prepared from the following components: waterborne acrylic resin, nickel acetate, sodium benzoate, an organic silicon defoamer, sodium gluconate, sodium magnesium silicate, sodium pyrophosphate, gallic acid, sodium benzenesulfinate and polydimethylsiloxane. A preparation method of the high-density sealing agent for aluminum alloy surface treatment is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) pouring the waterborne acrylic resin, the nickel acetate, the sodium benzoate, the organic silicon defoamer, the sodium gluconate, the sodium magnesium silicate, the sodium pyrophosphate, the gallic acid, the sodium benzenesulfinate and the polydimethylsiloxane into a stirrer together; (2) stirring the materials through the stirrer, wherein the stirring speed of the stirrer is 60-80 r / min during mixing treatment, and the internal temperature of the stirrer is controlled to be 24-28 DEG C and the stirring time is 20-30 min during stirring treatment; and thus obtaining the aluminum alloy sealing agent; and (3) sealing and packaging the aluminum alloy sealing agent.
