Abstract

The invention discloses a sulfhydrylated ssDNA probe-functionally modified MOFs composite material as well as a preparation method and application of the MOFs composite material. The composite material comprises an MOFs material UiO-66-NH2, a bifunctional cross-linking reagent Sulfo-SMCC, a sulfhydrylated ssDNA probe, fluorescent dye RhoB and the like. The method comprises the following steps that: a sulfhydrylated ssDNA probe-functionally modified MOFs composite material is manufactured; the TEM diagram and the Zeta potential of the composite material are characterized; the composite material is used for specific detection of liquid alcohols; detection limit detection and repeatability experiments are carried out by taking ethanol as a representative. Results show that the sulfhydrylated ssDNA probe-functionally modified MOFs composite material realizes simple, effective, low-cost and high-sensitivity detection of liquid alcohols, and a new research direction is provided for development of portable detection equipment of the liquid alcohols.
