Problems solved by technology

Because of the limited regenerative capacity of the heart, traditional coronary artery bypass surgery and drug treatments such as angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, beta-blockers, etc. can reduce the loss but cannot restore myocardial function
And due to the severe shortage of heart donors worldwide, it is not practical to treat end-stage heart failure with heart transplantation

Abstract

The invention discloses an adhesive conductive-injectable combined hydrogel, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing dopamine grafted gelatin with dopamine modified polypyrrole, dissolving the mixture in deionized water, adding a FeCl<3> initiation system to the mixed solution to form an adhesive conductive hydrogel; mixing oxidized hyaluronic acid solution with modified hyaluronic acid solution in equal volume to obtain an injectable hydrogel, injecting the injectable hydrogel to an affected part, and smearing the adhesive conductive hydrogel outside an myocardial infarction site to jointly treat the myocardial infarction. The injectable hydrogel of the present invention is injected intramyocardially, and then the adhesive conductive hydrogel of the present invention is smeared on the surface of the heart. Compared with monotherapies, the combination of the two hydrogels is more beneficial to improvement of cardiac functions in term of echocardiography and histology when being used for treating myocardial infarction.

Description

Technical field[0001]The present invention relates to the field of biomedical hydrogel preparation, and more particularly to an adhesive conductive hydrogel and an injectable hydrogel composite hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. Background technique[0002]Myocardial infarction caused by coronary artery is considered to be the main cause of death and disability in the world. A large amount of cardiomyocyte death after myocardial infarction leads to poor ventricular wall of the ventricular wall, and the formation of scar tissue ultimately leads to heart failure. Because of the limited regenerative ability of the heart, traditional coronary artery bridge surgery and drug treatment, such as angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, β-blockers, etc., can reduce losses but cannot restore myocardial function. And due to the serious shortage of heart donors worldwide, the end-stage heart failure is not realistic through heart transplantation.[0003]Myocardial infarction leads to the da...
