The device comprises an oil tank used for containing hydraulic oil, a valve block, an executing mechanism, an oil pump and a rotating driver. The valve block comprises a plunger pump, a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve. The executing mechanism is used for executing telescopic action and comprises a piston rod, a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein the first chamber and the second chamber are positioned on the two sides of a piston piece of the piston rod correspondingly. The oil pump is used for pumping hydraulic oil and comprises a third one-way valve, a fourth one-way valve, a fifth one-way valve and a two-way pump. The rotating driver is used for driving a plunger pump shaft of the plunger pump and a two-way pump shaft of the oil pump to rotate in at least two rotation directions. The valveless reversing device can replace a traditional control mode adopting an expensive directional control valve, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the reliability is good.
