The invention discloses an energy-saving methyl mercaptan synthesis device which comprises a mixer, a preheater I, a preheater II, a preheater III, a reactor, a heat collector, a multi-stage condenser, a compressor, a tail gas scrubber, a methanol precooler, a refrigerator and a gas-liquid separator. Methanol is pre-cooled and then used for washing part of circulating gas; non-condensable gas is emptied after gas-liquid separation; absorption liquid and hydrogen sulfide are mixed and sequentially preheated by the preheater I, the preheater II and the preheater III and then enter the reactor; a heating medium enters from the lower part of the reactor, exchanges heat through the preheater I and is discharged; synthesis gas produced by the reactor sequentially passes through the preheater II, the preheater I and the heat collector for heat exchange and then enters the multi-stage condenser to separate crude mercaptan, a non-condensable gas phase is pressurized by the compressor, one part of the non-condensable gas phase enters a tail gas washing device, and the other part of the non-condensable gas phase and hydrogen sulfide enter the mixer together; and the heat taken by the heat collector is prepared into chilled water through the refrigerator for pre-cooling methanol.
