Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment system and method for coupling low-temperature pyrolysis of sludge with catalytic gasification of biomass. The treatment system comprises a low-temperature pyrolysis unit, a catalytic gasification unit and a product treatment and recovery unit. According to the method, sludge enters a first-stage pyrolysis furnace for low-temperature pyrolysis to obtain a mixed product of coke and steam, and then the mixed product is sent into a second-stage pyrolysis furnace for secondary pyrolysis; the coke obtained after pyrolysis is conveyed to a gasification furnace as a gasification catalyst so as to reduce the generation of tar and improve the yield of synthetic gas; the steam obtained after pyrolysisenters a gasifier to act as a portion of a gasifying agent so as to reduce the negative impact of the overuse of air on the quality of the synthetic gas; after biomass is catalytically gasified, generated coke is recycled, and a gas-phase product is condensed and then enters a cyclone separator for removal of fly ash; and residual gas is washed by a scrubber and filtered by a filter and then is collected by a gas collecting device. According to the invention, secondary pollution generated by the whole system is small, and recycling of various products is guaranteed to the maximum extent in a waste disposal process.
