The preparation method comprises the steps: adding cellulose with the polymerization degree ranging from 500 to 2000 into a phosphoric acid aqueous solution with the concentration ranging from 81 wt% to 85 wt% to be evenly mixed, placing a mixture for a period of time at the temperature ranging from -10 DEG C to -30 DEG C, and obtaining a cellulose solution with the concentration ranging from 5% to 15%; defoaming the cellulose solution to obtain a transparent cellulose solution; then coating a substrate with the transparent cellulose solution, slicking or calendering to form a gel film, putting the gel film into a coagulating bath, and pre-stretching the gel film to form a cellulose gel film; finally, removing residual phosphoric acid by using deionized water, and naturally drying to obtain the high-strength regenerated cellulose membrane. The tensile strength of the regenerated cellulose membrane is greater than 150Mpa.
