Abstract

A centrifugal compressor with a water injection system comprises an upper machine shell, a lower machine shell, a partition plate set, a seal set, a rotor set, a bearing set, shaft end dry gas seals and a water injection assembly, and is characterized in that (1) the upper machine shell and the lower machine shell are combined through split bolts; (2) partition plates are positioned through spigots machined in the machine shells; (3) bearings are installed in positioning grooves machined in the machine shells; (4) rotors are positioned in the machine shells through the matching of thrust discs on the rotors and the bearings and the supporting of the bearings; (5) seals are mounted in positioning grooves on the partition plates; (6) the shaft end dry gas seals are installed in cavities in the two ends of the machine shells; and (7) the water injection assembly is connected with the machine shells through threaded holes formed in the machine shell in a welded mode.
