Abstract

The invention discloses a volatile organic waste gas treatment system, which mainly comprises a zeolite concentration runner, a filter box, an exhaust fan, a desorption fan, a gas storage tank, a concentration detection device, an air flow meter, an intake and exhaust pipeline, a heat exchanger, a gasoline engine, a generator and a waste heat recovery system which are mounted in a closed box body. The zeolite concentration runner concentrates waste gas; and regeneration of the runner is achieved through the waste gas and the heat exchanger. The gasoline engine is used for replacing a TNV device in a recovery type thermal incineration technology to burn VOC waste gas. The gasoline engine is coaxially connected with the generator through a crankshaft to drive the generator to generate electricity, thereby compensating electric energy cost and saving natural gas cost. The exhaust temperature of VOC waste gas after combustion in the gasoline engine can reach 600-800 DEG C and is higher than the exhaust temperature (350-400 DEG C) in the TNV device; the heating efficiency in the heat exchanger can be improved; and higher waste heat recovery energy can be obtained.
