The system comprises a plant shed main body, an internal travelling crane, an external travelling crane, a transfer platform and a control unit, wherein a component inlet and outlet is arranged on a shed roof of the plant shed main body, and is covered with a movable ceiling; the internal travelling crane is arranged in the plant shed main body; the external travelling crane is arranged outside the plant shed main body in a sleeving manner; the transfer platform is arranged in the plant shed main body, and is used for transferring prefabricated parts manufactured in the plant shed main body to positions to be hoisted; the control unit is electrically connected with a jacking unit, a weighing unit and a length measuring unit; and the control unit is further electrically connected with the movable ceiling, the internal travelling crane, the external travelling crane and a driving mechanism of the transfer platform. The component inlet and outlet is formed in the shed roof of the plant shed main body, the prefabricated components in the plant shed are hoisted from the component inlet and outlet through the outside, and the prefabricated components are directly hoisted from the interior of the plant shed, so that the hoisting efficiency of the prefabricated components can be greatly improved.
