Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-bending powder coating which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-65% of polyester; 4-5% of a curing agent; 0.05%-0.1% of a flatting agent; 15-35% of a filler; 0.1 to 0.2 percent of organic bentonite; 0.5-1% of polyethylene wax powder; 1-2% of a softening agent; and 1-20% of a pigment. According to the anti-bending powder coating disclosed by the invention, the flexibility of the powder coating is improved through the specific polyester, the softening agent and the organic bentonite. When a workpiece to which the powder coating is attached is bent, the surface of a coating layer formed by the powder coating still has a smooth effect, and the integrity and attractiveness of the coating cannot be affected by creases.
