The dew point automatic adjusting system comprises an air inlet pipeline, a wet air processing unit, a dry air processing unit, a dry and wet air mixing unit, a dew point automatic adjusting unit, a linkage control unit and an air outlet pipeline; wherein the air inlet pipeline is respectively connected with the moisture treatment unit and the dry gas treatment unit, so that normal-temperature air is output after one part of air is regulated by the moisture treatment unit, and air at a specified dew point temperature is output after the other part of air is regulated by the dry gas treatment unit; the dry and wet gas mixing unit is used for mixing the two parts of air to obtain mixed gas; and the linkage control unit can control the dew point automatic adjusting unit to adjust the output flow of the two parts of air, so that the dew point of the mixed gas reaches the preset dew point temperature.
