This invention discloses a highly filled modified PP
masterbatch and its preparation method, belonging to the field of
polymer material modification technology. The
masterbatch, by weight, consists of the following components: 25-30 parts
polypropylene, 60-65 parts heavy
calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts compatibilizer, 1-2 parts
toughening agent, 0.3-0.5 parts compounded
antioxidant, 0.5-1.0 parts
lubricant, and 0.2-0.3 parts dispersant. This invention achieves a high-filling
system with ≥60%
calcium carbonate filling through synergistic optimization of the
raw material formulation and precise control of the preparation process. This effectively solves the industry pain points of traditional highly filled modified PP masterbatches, such as filler agglomeration, precipitous decline in mechanical properties, and poor
processing stability. The finished
masterbatch meets national and industry acceptance standards for
industrial equipment shells, automotive interior and exterior trim, and functional parts. The
raw material cost is reduced by 15-25% compared to traditional modified PP masterbatches. The preparation process of this invention is simple and can achieve stable
mass production using existing general-purpose modification equipment. The product qualification rate is ≥98%, demonstrating excellent
economic benefits and broad application prospects.
