The essence emulsion composition is prepared from the following raw material components: 0.5-25% of lipid nanoparticles with wrinkle-removing and tightening effects, 2.0-30.0% of an emollient, 0.1-25.0% of an emulsifying agent, 0.1-12.0% of a filling agent, 0.1-12.0% of a thickening agent, 0.1-5.0% of a preservative, 0.01-0.8% of a pH regulator, 0.02-1.0% of daily essence and the balance deionized water. The lipid nanoparticles with the wrinkle-removing and tightening effects are prepared from the following main components: acetyl tetrapeptide-5, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 and an ascophyllum nodosum extract.
