Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial, breathable and waterproof tubular membrane and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial, breathable and waterproof tubular membrane comprises bamboo fibers, cationic polyacrylamide, polyethylene, sodium polyphosphate and a hot melt adhesive. According to the invention, cationic polyacrylamide and bamboo fibers are linked through hydrogen bonds to form a bridge; sodium polyphosphate and cationic polyacrylamide are cross-linked through the intermolecular electrostatic attraction effect to improve the tensile strength, and meanwhile, a small amount of polyacrylamide-bamboo fiber nanoparticles are formed, and the strength and toughness of the tubular membrane are improved; and then, polyethylene is grafted on polyacrylamide through an ultraviolet grafting method, so that the polyacrylamide and the bamboo fibers are combined into a whole. When the external pressure of the tubular membrane is greater than the internal pressure, water permeates into the tubular membrane, and sodium polyphosphate adsorbs water and expands to block gaps of the tubular membrane, so that water is prevented from entering the tubular membrane, and the sodium polyphosphate and polyethylene cooperate to prevent water. The tubular membrane is prepared by extruding, melting and processing by using double screws and stretching, conforming and coiling, so that the process steps are saved, the energy is saved, and no wastewater is generated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, in particular to an antibacterial, air-permeable and water-impermeable tubular membrane and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization and industrialization, water consumption is increasing, and the amount of sewage generated is also increasing. The state has also put forward higher requirements for pollution discharge standards and supervision, which will increase operating costs. [0003] Membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR) systems typically utilize microorganisms to remove organic pollutants present in the water to be treated. In some membrane aerated biofilm reactor systems, biofilms grow on gas permeable membranes by providing oxygen and soluble organic compounds to the biofilm. The use of membrane aerated biofilm reactor reduces the amount of aeration and greatly saves energy, and the core key technology ...
