An anti-seismic system of a row steel pipe special-shaped column frame and the shear wall is adopted, the shear wall bears most horizontal loads, and a first defense line is provided for seismic fortification; the row steel pipe special-shaped column frame mainly bears vertical force and serves as a second defense line for the seismic fortification, a double-layer lateral force resisting structure system is formed, and the seismic performance is excellent.
