Abstract
The invention provides a method for determining the content of PC, PP, PS and PE micro-plastics in soil by pyrolysisgas chromatography. Herein, four micro-plastics in soil can be qualitatively and quantitatively determined at the same time through derivatization and double-click pyrolysis technologies, and the quantitation limit is relatively low. According to the method, the loss of the sample in the density separation step can be avoided, the method has no requirements on the size, color and density of the micro-plastics, and the uncertainty caused by personal errors when the micro-plastics are manually selected is also avoided; besides, the extraction device is simple, only heating reflux is needed, and a special pressurizing device is not needed. The method has good reproducibility and accuracy, and the method for analyzing the micro-plastics in the soil by using the thermal cracking technology is perfected.
