Abstract

The invention provides a driving circuit and a Mach-Zehnder modulation system. According to the driving circuit, an input buffer is additionally arranged between an external signal source and a transmission structure so as to realize impedance matching with the external signal source, and the output impedance of the input buffer is matched with the characteristic impedance of the transmission structure, so that signal reflection is reduced; and the adjustable resistor is matched with the characteristic impedance of the transmission line, and reflection of transmission signals is further reduced. The wave velocity of the transmission structure performs fine tuning on time delay through the adjustable capacitor, and a negative Miller capacitor and an inductance peaking unit are introduced into an output operational amplifier to increase the bandwidth of a transmission signal to be used by a post-stage device; and a differential structure is adopted to effectively suppress noise, the output common-mode rejection ratio is improved, and the dynamic range of the output voltage is widened. The Mach-Zehnder modulation system adopting the driving circuit has the functions of adjustable delay, high bandwidth and low noise, and the practicability and reliability are ensured.
