Abstract

The invention provides a gas turbine electric actuating mechanism fault diagnosis method based on signal decomposition, and constructs an online diagnosis platform. Determining the possible fault type of the electric actuating mechanism, connecting with the real object part by using a dSPACE system, and collecting data; noise interference is eliminated by using an improved variational mode decomposition (VHT) method in which variational mode decomposition (VMD) and Hilbert transform are combined, and fault feature extraction is carried out; a t-distribution random neighborhood embedding algorithm (t-SNE) is used for secondary dimension reduction visualization, so that fault features are more obvious; and completing classification diagnosis by using k-means clustering. According to the method, the defects of mode aliasing, multiple decomposition layers, long time consumption and low diagnosis accuracy caused by unobvious fault features of a traditional method can be overcome, and the diagnosis efficiency and the diagnosis accuracy can be improved.
