Problems solved by technology

At present, there are few studies on the biological activity of matricolactone, and they only focus on anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative aspects. There is no literature to prove the lipid-lowering activity of matricolactone

Embodiment 1

[0015] Study on the efficacy of treating lipid accumulation

[0016] After recovery, the HepG2 cells were subcultured in a 25 mL culture flask, cultured to a density of 80%, added with a medium containing 1 mM OA (Oleic Acid, oleic acid), and cultured for 12 hours to construct a hyperlipidemia cell model (Model). After the model was successfully established, different doses of matricolactone (50 μM for the low dose and 100 μM for the high dose) were added to continue culturing for 12 hours. An equal volume of DMSO was added to the blank group (CON) as a solvent control. After culturing, all cells were washed 3 times with PBS. The cells in each group were stained with Oil Red, and the changes of lipid droplets in the cells were observed under a microscope (magnification ×100). The results showed that OA treatment could induce lipid accumulation in hepatocytes, and oil red staining showed obvious red lipid droplets. After matricaractone treatment (low dose Matricarin 50μM, hig...

Embodiment 2

[0018] Study on drug efficacy for improving lipid metabolism disorder

[0019] After recovery, the HepG2 cells were subcultured in a 25 mL culture bottle, cultured to a density of 80%, added with a medium containing 1 mM OA, and cultured for 12 hours to construct a hyperlipidemic cell model (Model). After the model was successfully established, different doses of matricolactone (50 μM for the low dose and 100 μM for the high dose) were added to continue culturing for 12 hours. An equal volume of DMSO was added to the blank group (CON) as a solvent control. After the culture, all the cells were washed with PBS three times, and the cells were lysed with cell lysate after blotted dry. The contents of TC, TG, HDL and LDL in the cell lysate were further detected. The results showed that compared with the blank group (CON), OA treatment (Model) could significantly induce lipid metabolism disorder, TC, TG, LDL were significantly increased, and HDL was significantly decreased (P<0.0...

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of matricarin in preparation of drugs for treating or preventing hyperlipidemia or health care products for improving hyperlipidemia. The invention provides the pharmacodynamic activity of the matricarin in the aspects of reducing blood fat, treating lipid accumulation and improving lipid metabolism disorder, and develops the new application of the matricarin in the aspect of medicine. Meanwhile, the plant source of the matricarin is wide, and the medicine source of hyperlipidemia is expanded.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new medical application of matricolactone. Background technique [0002] Hyperlipidemia is a metabolic disease characterized by a variety of abnormal lipid metabolism, mainly manifested as triglyceride (Triacylglycerol, TG), total cholesterol (Total cholesterol, TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (Lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol) Abnormally elevated levels of cholesterol (LDL-C), and / or accompanied by decreased levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (High density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C). Hyperlipidemia is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which seriously threatens people's health. Western medicine mainly includes statins and fibrates for the treatment of hyperlipidemia, which have many adverse reactions, such as liver damage, gastrointestinal reactions, and skin itching. Therefore, it is of great clinical significan...
