Embodiment 1

[0054] The hydrotreating reactors were all filled with FF-66 refining catalysts, and the three beds of the first-stage hydrocracking reactors were respectively filled with CAT-1, CAT-2, and CAT-3 in equal volumes in sequence. The three beds of the second-stage hydrocracking reactor are sequentially charged with CAT-6, CAT-7, and CAT-8 in equal volumes. Using Iranian VGO as raw material and adopting the process evaluation conditions in Table 4, the hydrocracking product is obtained after the real boiling point cutting of the cracked oil.

Embodiment 2

[0056]The hydrotreating reactors are all filled with FF-66 refining catalysts, and the three beds of the first-stage hydrocracking reactors are respectively filled with CAT-2, CAT-3, and CAT-4 in equal volume respectively. The three beds of the second-stage hydrogenation reactor are sequentially filled with CAT-5, CAT-6, and CAT-7 in equal volumes. Using Iranian VGO as raw material and adopting the process evaluation conditions in Table 4, the hydrocracking product is obtained after the real boiling point cutting of the cracked oil.

Embodiment 3

[0058] The hydrotreating reactor is fully charged with FF-66 refining catalyst, and the three beds of the first-stage hydrocracking reactor are respectively charged with equal volumes of CAT-1, CAT-3, and CAT-4. The three beds of the second-stage hydrocracking reactor were sequentially charged with CAT-5, CAT-6, and CAT-7 in equal volumes. Abstract

The invention discloses a grading method of a two-stage hydrocracking process catalyst. Raw oil and hydrogen enter a hydrofining reaction zone together, and a refined effluent enters a first-stage hydrocracking reaction zone and is sequentially subjected to contact reaction with more than two catalyst bed layers; separating the first-stage cracking product to obtain naphtha, jet fuel, diesel oil and tail oil fraction; the tail oil fraction enters a second-stage cracking reaction zone for hydrocracking reaction; wherein in the first-stage cracking reaction zone, compared with the downstream bed layer and the adjacent upstream bed layer, the mass fraction of NiO in the catalyst is reduced, the mass fraction of CoO is increased, the mass fraction of MoO3 is increased, the mass fraction of total metal in terms of metal oxide is increased, and the mass fraction of a molecular sieve is reduced. Through reasonable grading of the hydrocracking catalyst, the hydrofining and cracking reaction temperatures are reduced to the maximum extent, and the purposes of improving the product yield and prolonging the operation period of a device are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst grading method for a two-stage hydrocracking process, belonging to the field of hydrocracking. Background technique [0002] Hydrocracking technology has the characteristics of high production flexibility, strong adaptability of raw materials and high product quality, and plays a pivotal role in adjusting the production balance of the whole plant. Hydrocracking products mainly include natural gas, liquefied gas, naphtha, jet fuel, diesel and tail oil. The hydrocracking tail oil is rich in naphthenes and paraffins, which can be used as high-quality steam cracking raw materials for ethylene production or lube base oil. However, for oil refineries without follow-up ethylene production units or isomerization dewaxing units, they can only sell tail oil fractions at low prices, resulting in poor economic benefits. Therefore, using a two-stage full-cycle hydrocracking method to efficiently convert the hydrogenated tail oi...
