Embodiment

[0058] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail using examples.

Synthetic example 1

[0060] In a four-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a reflux condenser, a thermometer, and a nitrogen blowing pipe, 500 parts by mass, 15 parts by mass of polytetramethylene glycol (number average molecular weight: 1000), and 428 parts by mass of methyl ethyl ketone were added under nitrogen flow, After uniform mixing, 117 parts by mass of toluene diisocyanate (hereinafter, abbreviated as "TDI") was added, followed by 0.1 part by mass of dibutyltin dilaurate, and the reaction was performed at 70° C. for about 4 hours. Next, 11 parts by mass of 1,3-butanediol was added, and the reaction was performed at 70° C. for about 1 hour to complete the reaction, thereby obtaining a methyl ethyl ketone solution of a urethane polymer. Next, 10 parts by mass of N,N-dimethylethanolamine was added to the methyl ethyl ketone solution of the urethane polymer obtained by the above method to neutralize the carboxyl groups in the urethane polymer, and then ion exchange was added. After 964 part...

Synthetic example 2

[0062] In a four-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a reflux condenser, a thermometer, and a nitrogen injection pipe, under a nitrogen stream, 3,281 parts by mass of methyl ethyl ketone and 0.1 part by mass of stannous octoate were mixed with polycarbonate polyol ("Nihon Polyurethane Co., Ltd." NIPPOLLAN 980R", number average molecular weight; 2000) 1000 parts by mass, 17 parts by mass of DMPA, 47 parts by mass of ethylene glycol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (hereinafter, abbreviated as "MDI".) 344 parts by mass at 70°C The reaction was continued until the solution viscosity reached 20,000 mPa·s, and then 3 parts by mass of methanol was added to stop the reaction to obtain a methyl ethyl ketone solution of the urethane resin. Polyoxyethylene distyrenated phenyl ether (Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance (hereinafter, abbreviated as "HLB"): 14, average number of moles of oxyethylene groups added: 10) was mixed with the urethane resin solution. After 70 parts by mass and 13 part...

Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing an aqueous urethane dispersion which does not excessively immerse into a base fabric and which has excellent peel strength and immediate peelability. The present invention provides an aqueous urethane resin dispersion containing a urethane resin (A), water (B), and a crosslinking agent (C), the aqueous urethane resin dispersion being characterized in that the urethane resin (A) has a viscosity in the range of 15000-34000 Pa.s at 50 DEG C, a viscosity in the range of 1000-10000 Pa.s at 100 DEG C, and a viscosity in the range of 100-1300 Pa.s at 150 DEG C. In addition, the present invention provides a synthetic leather having an adhesive layer formed from the aqueous urethane resin dispersion. In addition, the invention provides a manufacturing method of the synthetic leather.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an aqueous urethane resin dispersion, synthetic leather and a method for producing the synthetic leather. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, solvent-based urethane resin compositions have been mainly used in various applications such as synthetic leather (including artificial leather), coating agents, glove films, and adhesives as urethane resin compositions. [0003] As the above-mentioned adhesive, for example, a one-component type wet lamination adhesive, a two-component type dry lamination adhesive, a one-component type hot melt adhesive, and a solvent-free two-component type adhesive are known. A bonding agent, a heat-melting resin film, etc. (for example, refer to Patent Document 1.). Among them, two-component dry lamination adhesives in which a urethane resin main agent and a crosslinking agent are blended are used in many cases from the viewpoint of good workability and durability after curing.
