[0015] In a high-speed (2600 rpm) mixer, the nano-ceramic powder ZrO 2 (d 50 110nm) and Al 2 o 3 (d 50 120nm) powder surface pre-coated coupling agent silane KH570. Then, the nano-ceramic powder pretreated by the coupling agent, the emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS and the dispersant water system form a stable emulsion system under the action of ultrasonic waves, so that the hydrophobic ceramic powder absorbs the emulsifier, form latex particles. It has similar properties to seed latex particles in seed emulsion polymerization, and can initiate polymerization to occur on the surface of ceramic powder, reducing the formation of separate polymer particles. Then add the organic monomer methyl methacrylate MMA or styrene ST, continue ultrasonic dispersion, and then slowly add the initiator (NH 4 ) 2 S 2 o 8 . The temperature is raised to a temperature at which the initiator can form free radicals until the reaction is complete.
