The invention discloses a method for testing the dynamic characteristics of a lubricating film of a sliding bearing. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) assembling a test platform and a signal acquisition system, adjusting the rotating speed of a main shaft and the temperature and the flow rate of a lubricant, supplying a lubricating medium and starting a drive motor and a signal acquisition instrument; (2) applying excitation force on the main shaft by an electromagnet loading device of the invention, measuring the excitation force by a pressure sensor, measuring the vibration response of the main shaft in horizontal and vertical directions by electric vortex sensors and acquiring and storing signals; (3) changing the rotating speed of the main shaft, keeping the temperature of the lubricant unchanged, and repeating the steps; (4) changing the temperature of the lubricant, and repeating the steps; (5) carrying out time-frequency domain analysis processing on the acquired signals and recognizing the dynamic characteristic parameters of the lubricating film by using an equation of solving frequency domain response by a least square method of solid and virtual frequency coupling; and (6) fitting and analyzing the eight dynamic characteristics parameters of the lubricating film at different rotating speeds and different lubricating temperatures, namely obtaining the three-dimensional dynamic characteristics of the lubricating film of the sliding bearing at varied speeds and varied temperatures.

The interactive method includes the steps that electrocardio signals at the abdomen of a parent body are preprocessed, and power frequency interference and high-frequency noise interference which are relatively easy to filter are removed; smooth and steady wavelet time-frequency transformation is carried out on the preprocessed electrocardio signals at the abdomen of the parent body; feature extraction is carried out on wavelet detail coefficients; features related to contents of the electrocardio signals at the abdomen of the parent body are detected, and a parent body electrocardio template is constructed; and the constructed parent body electrocardio template is removed from the preprocessed electrocardio signals at the abdomen of the parent body so as to obtain fetus electrocardio signals. According to the interactive method for rapidly and automatically extracting the fetus electrocardio, the smooth and steady wavelet time-invariant feature is adopted; the position of parent body electrocardio and the position of the fetus electrocardio can be accurately positioned; the extracted fetus electrocardio data have the high accuracy rate when being used for fetus heart rate detection; in addition, according to an interactive feature automatic detection method, in cooperation with the construction of the parent body electrocardio template, needed circulation is less, the calculating speed is high, and the interactive method can meet the real-time processing requirement and can be suitable for extracting the fetus electrocardio from the electrocardio in the abdomens of different pregnant women.

Preparation method of linarin extracts in wild chrysanthemum flowers

The invention provides a method of preparing linarin extracts from wild chrysanthemum flowers. The content of linarin in the obtained extracts is more than 50 percent. The invention has the technical scheme that the method comprises the following steps: adding wild chrysanthemum flowers into ethanol water solvents; adopting hot reflux or percolation extraction; concentrating the extraction solution to a state without ethanol flavor; then, regulating the pH value of the concentrated liquid to 10; placing the liquid; taking the supernatant fluid for regulating the pH to about 7 to 8 by acid; after the precipitates are filtered, taking supernatant fluid to be treated by macroporous resin; firstly, using water for elution; then, using 10 percent to 30 percent ethanol water and 50 percent to 80 percent ethanol water for elution; collecting 50 percent to 80 percent distillates; concentrating the 50 percent to 80 percent distillates; and carrying out drying to obtain linarin extracts with the linarin content higher than 50 percent. The solvents adopted by the invention have low price and basically has no toxicity, the used resin can be reused for many times after the regeneration, and the cost is low. In addition, the method of the invention has the advantages of simple and convenient process, simple equipment and low cost, the content of the prepared linarin extracts is more than 50 percent, the industrial production can be carried out, and the expected goal of the invention is perfectly reached.
