[0017] According to the designed chemical composition range of the steel of the present invention, we smelt 3 furnaces of the steel of the present invention and 2 furnaces of comparison steel on a 30Kg intermediate frequency induction furnace. The specific chemical composition is shown in Table 1. The test process is that molten steel is poured into steel slabs, and the heat treatment is carried out by heating to 1150°C in a muffle furnace, holding the heat for 1 hour, and then hot-rolling to form a thin strip with a thickness of 2.5mm. The initial rolling temperature is 1100°C, the final rolling temperature is 810°C, and then air-cooled. The thin strips rolled from the low B alloy steel of the present invention and the comparison steel are processed into standard room temperature tensile samples, and the obtained mechanical and metallographic comparison results are listed in Table 2 after testing.
