Abstract

Disclosed is a microwave dielectric ceramic with near-zero frequency temperature coefficient and preparation method, wherein the ceramic has the chemical formula of Ca1-xZnxLa4Ti5O17, wherein x=0.005-0.4, the ceramic is prepared from BaCO3, ZnO, La2O3, TiO2 as raw material through wet grinding and mixing, drying into powder, calcining at 1100-1200 deg. C, wet grinding again, drying and charging polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), press forming, calcining 2-4 hours in high temperature furnace, the prepared microwave dielectric ceramics can be widely applied to the manufacture of various dielectric resonators, electric wave filters and other microwave devices.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microwave dielectric material manufacture, and in particular relates to a multiphase ceramic compound based on oxides. Specifically, it relates to a ceramic compound whose main component is a layered perovskite compound. Background technique [0002] Microwave dielectric ceramics are the core materials of microwave devices. In the past ten years, due to the rapid development of microwave technology and equipment towards miniaturization and integration, especially towards the direction of large output and low price for civilian use, a large number of microwave dielectric ceramic materials suitable for various microwave frequency bands have been developed. Dielectric ceramics used in microwave circuits should meet the following requirements for dielectric characteristics: (1) High relative permittivity ε r To reduce device size, it is generally required that ε r ≥20; (2) High quality factor Q to reduce n...
