example 1

[0019] Take 1000 g minus four-line hydro-refined wax oil, add 12.5 g cyclohexanecarboxylic acid to prepare a sample with a total acid value (TAN) of 5.66 mgKOH / g. In a 250 ml autoclave, 100 ml of the oil sample and 5 g of fly ash catalyst were added. The temperature was raised to 80°C and the stirring device was turned on, and then the temperature was raised to 300°C to react for 2 hours, and the temperature was lowered to 80°C to sample and analyze the TAN of the oil sample. The fly ash catalyst composition is shown in Table 1, and the test results are shown in Table 2.

example 2

[0021] The hydrorefined wax oil was deacidified according to the method of Example 1, except that 5 g of bottom residue catalyst was added for deacidification. The composition of the bottom residue catalyst is shown in Table 1, and the test results are shown in Table 2.

example 3

[0023] The wax oil after hydrofining was deacidified according to the method of Example 1, except that the deacidification temperature was 250°C. The test results are shown in Table 2.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a catalytic deacidification method of hydrocarbon raw material. Said method includes contact reaction of the described hydrocarbon raw material with deacidification catalyst at 100-300 deg.C, the described deacidification catalyst is fonned from calcium oxide and calcium sulfate. Said method can effectively remove naphthenic acid from crude oil or distillate.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention is a method for catalytic deacidification of hydrocarbon feedstock, specifically, a method for removing naphthenic acid from crude oil or distillate by a catalytic method. Background technique [0002] Acidic substances in crude oil include inorganic acids, phenols, mercaptans, aliphatic carboxylic acids and naphthenic acids, among which naphthenic acid is the most important acidic oxide in crude oil, and its content accounts for about 90% of the acidic oxides. Naphthenic acid is a monocarboxylic acid, its typical structure is R n (CH) m COOH, R represents a five-membered ring or a six-membered ring, n=1 to 5, and m>1. Due to the differences in R, n, and m, there are more than 1,500 naphthenic acids with different structures in crude oil. Therefore, naphthenic acid is a very complex general term for high-boiling carboxylic acid mixtures. Naphthenic acid will corrode oil refining equipment during crude oil processing. Atmospheric pre...
