Inner lining bootie comprising membrane material

PendingUS20260144335A1InsertsUpperAnkle regionMechanical engineering
A bootie for an upper of an article of footwear comprises a set of basic pattern pieces made of a layered structure comprising a membrane and an extension piece made of thinner and more elastic material than the material of the basic pattern pieces and at least partially creating a top line of the bootie at an ankle region of the user when in use. The extension piece is connected to the set of basic pattern pieces along a first connection line. The bootie further comprises a lining piece being stitched to the extension piece along a top part of the lining piece and covers the extension piece and the set of basic pattern pieces on the inside of the bootie when in use. The lining piece covers the first connection line. The extension piece thereby creates a link between basic pattern pieces and lining piece.

Child's football boot

PCT designated stageWO2026044868A1UpperFasteningsFoot regionPhysical medicine and rehabilitation
Provided in the present invention is a child's football boot. The child's football boot comprises an upper structure and a sole structure. The upper structure encloses to form an accommodating cavity for accommodating a foot, and the accommodating cavity is provided with an opening through which the foot can enter. The upper structure comprises a foot region and an ankle region. The foot region comprises a forefoot region, a midfoot region, and a heel region. The ankle region is formed by extending upward from the top of the foot region. At least the heel region of the foot region is integrally formed with the ankle region. The ratio of the maximum width to the minimum width of the child's football boot is k, where 1.6≤k≤1.8. At least the heel region of the foot region is integrally formed with the ankle region, thereby providing better protection for a child's ankle and also preventing the formation of protrusions on the inner surface of the upper structure that causes discomfort to a child's foot. Setting appropriate widths for the child's football boot reduces pressure on the foot, thereby preventing affecting the development of the child's foot. Moreover, the child's football boot has a certain wrap-around fit, thereby meeting the requirements of the sport of football.

Ankle movement tracking band and associated methods

An ankle movement tracking band includes an electronic device configured to be worn on an ankle region of a user. The electronic device has at least one motion sensor configured to capture sensor data of movement of the ankle region of the user. A processor is coupled to a memory for storing calibration data, and the processor is configured to receive and analyze the sensor data to determine whether the sensor data matches the calibration data indicating the user performed a soleus pushup. The motion sensor includes at least one of an accelerometer, a gyroscope, and a Global Positioning System (GPS ) receiver. The electronic device also includes a wireless communication transceiver configured to connect to a device and transmit the sensor data to the device to display a count of the soleus pushups performed by the user.

Humanoid robot with an ankle region

A humanoid robot includes an upper region, a lower region, and a central region. The upper region includes a head, a torso, and a pair of arms coupled to the torso. The lower region is spaced apart from the upper region and includes a pair of legs. The lower region of the robot includes left and right ankle assemblies configured to control a pitch movement and a roll movement of left and right feet of the humanoid robot. Each ankle assembly can include a foot-roll actuator assembly and a foot-roll actuator assembly. The foot-roll actuator assembly is coupled to the foot and to the foot-flexion actuator. The foot-roll actuator assembly is configured to control roll movement of each respective foot relative to both a shin of each leg and the foot-flexion actuator assembly.
