A double bottom is a ship hull design and construction method where the bottom of the ship has two complete layers of watertight hull surface: one outer layer forming the normal hull of the ship, and a second inner hull which is somewhat higher in the ship, which forms a redundant barrier to seawater in case the outer hull is damaged and leaks.
A ship double bottom structure
The application provides a ship double-bottom structure, wherein a plurality of mounting portions are arranged in the width range of each container area, the mounting portions corresponding to the container area on both sides of the container area width on the inner bottom plate are box corner mounting portions; the pipe string longitudinal girder is arranged at the box corner mounting portion close to the ship centerline; the distance between two adjacent strengthening longitudinal girders in the ship width direction is 1-2 times the container area width; and the longitudinal bone corresponding to the box corner mounting portion is a box corner strengthening longitudinal bone. The ship double-bottom structure limits the mounting position and arrangement mode of the truss and the longitudinal bone, so that the same size ship can be built by using a smaller number of structural components under the premise of ensuring the structural strength, thereby improving the building efficiency and reducing the building cost.
