The invention discloses a
power regulation device for
solid-state high-frequency
induction heating power sources. The
power regulation device is connected with a high-frequency
inverter and comprisesa main
loop control unit, an AC / DC conversion module, a
current limiting reactor and DC / DC conversion modules. The main
loop control unit, the AC / DC conversion module, the
current limiting reactor andthe DC / DC conversion modules are sequentially connected with one another; the AC / DC conversion module comprises a three-phase full-bridge rectification circuit; the DC / DC conversion modules comprisefilter capacitors, bridge
inverter circuits, high-frequency transformers and rectification circuits, and the filter capacitors, the bridge
inverter circuits, the high-frequency transformers and the rectification circuits are sequentially connected with one another. The
power regulation device has the advantages that the turn-on time of switch elements in the bridge inverter circuits can be controlled, the duty ratios of output voltages of the bridge inverter circuits can be controlled, direct-current voltages outputted by the rectification circuits can be regulated, accordingly, output power of the high-frequency inverter can be regulated, and the problems of low power factors of power regulation by the aid of the traditional three-phase full-control
rectifier bridge circuits with siliconcontrolled rectifiers (thyristors), severe
harmonic pollution on power grids, large
voltage reduction volumes of power-frequency three-phase
voltage reduction transformers, low efficiency, high cost and the like can be solved by the aid of the power regulation device.
