Rotary spray head

A rotating sprinkler head, relating to the field of irrigation equipment, includes a base, a spraying element, vanes, and a positioning unit. The base is used to connect a water pipe and has a chamber with a water outlet. The spraying element is disposed on the base and connected to the water outlet. The spraying element includes an annular wall surrounding the water outlet, with a through groove formed within the annular wall. A spraying section is provided at the upper part of the through groove, and a positioning section is provided at the top of the spraying section. The spraying section has a spray channel communicating with the through groove, at least a portion of which extends circumferentially around the spraying section. The vanes are connected to one end of the spray channel. The positioning unit is connected to the base and used to position the spraying element on the base. When water is sprayed from the spray channel, it simultaneously drives the spraying element to rotate along the first circumferential direction. The vanes are used to increase the lever arm of the spraying element in contact with the water, thereby increasing the torque to generate greater rotational power and achieving a higher rotational speed under the same water pressure for more uniform spraying.

Extended reach downhole casing and cementing assembly tool

This invention relates to a combined tool for extended reach casing and cementing. A float collar, a bypass valve, and an oscillating device are sequentially screwed onto the top of the power guide shoe. The oscillating device's oscillating shaft, from top to bottom, comprises an upper connector, a hexagonal tenon, a polished rod section, and a threaded section. A spring sleeve is screwed onto the upper part of the threaded section of the oscillating shaft. Disc springs are stacked above the spring sleeves, each disc spring fitting around the outer circumference of the polished rod section. A spring plug is pressed above the disc springs, and a hexagonal hole is provided along the axis of the spring plug, fitting onto the hexagonal tenon. A spring cylinder is screwed onto the lower outer circumference of the spring plug. The inner cavity of the spring cylinder has an inner step, located below the threaded section and spaced at intervals. An oscillator is installed below the inner step, its bottom abutting against the top of the lower connector. The upper external thread of the oscillating lower connector is screwed into the lower port of the spring cylinder. This tool can generate self-excited vibration, reducing friction, increasing casing running speed, and improving cement stone strength and cementing quality.
