The invention discloses a device for measuring the gas adsorption capacity of a
coal sample through a constant-pressure volumetric method. The device comprises a
coal sample tank, a vacuum degassing
assembly, a
methane supply
assembly, a liquid seal pressure transmitting
assembly and an air pressure stabilizing assembly, the
methane supply assembly comprises a
methane steel cylinder, a
gas supply pipeline, a pressure reducing valve and an inflation control valve; the methane
steel cylinder is communicated with the
coal sample tank, and an inflation valve is arranged between the methane
steel cylinder and the coal sample tank; the liquid seal pressure transmitting assembly comprises a methane constant-pressure container and an air constant-pressure container, the methane constant-pressure container is communicated with the air constant-pressure container through a communicating
pipe, a communicating isolating valve is arranged on the communicating
pipe, the methane constant-pressure container is communicated with the coal sample tank, and the methane constant-pressure container is provided with a displacement sensor. The invention also discloses a determination method using the device. The device is reasonable in structure, stepless and adjustable in given pressure and easy to realize. The determination method provided by the invention overcomes the problems of poor accuracy and poor reliability in the prior art.
