Abstract

The present invention discloses hydrothermal process of preparing nanometer hydroxyapatite colloid. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. dissolving citrate of 0.774-309.6 weight portions and calcium salt of 1.64-262.6 weight portions in water of 200-5000 weight portions to compound solution A; 2. dissolving phosphate of 0.894-357.6 weight portions and forming Ca / P weight ration of 1.5-1.67 in water of 50-1200 weight portions to compound solution B; 3. heating solution A to 20-60 deg.c, preferably to 40-50 deg.c, and dropping solution B to solution A in 5-60 min; 4. heating after dropping to 60-100 deg.c while stirring to react for 2-6 hr to obtain nanometer hydroxyapatite colloid particles dispersed stably in water phase; and 5. ultrafiltering to eliminate salt from the nanometer hydroxyapatite colloid solution until reaching the filtrate conductivity of 20-200 microsecond / cm to obtain the purified nanometer hydroxyapatite colloid solution.
