Abstract

A method for preparing mechanics sensitive material used on resistance pressure transducer includes using polymer material with elastic modulus of 50-500 Mpa as base, placing conductive charge mixture in vacuum dryer for drying 8-12 hr. then rising up temperature to 110-130deg.c, putting titanate coupling agent as 0.5-3 mass % of conductive charge mixture in said dryer for coupling treatment, placing mixed material on open rubber refining mixer for mixing and pressing it to be flat plate under 135-195 deg.c, mould-pressing prepared material to be rectangular samples under 135-195 deg.c then cooling it to room temperature for setting on press forming machine.
