A clean water-base dip-coating pigment consists of zircon quartz powder 17-30%, brown korund 20-35%, mullite 5-15%, graphite 5-15%, boltonite 5-15%, polyvinyl alcohol 1-4%, deflocculant 1.5-3.5% and water 30-45%. Plyvinyl alcohol is adhesive and deflocculant is prepared by illite powder, sepiolite powder and expanded soil in proportion of 1:0.5:0.5.
