Abstract

Disclosed is a compound immunopotentiator for freshwater fry, which is characterized in that the compound immunopotentiator is composed of by weight proportion: 25-35% of Beta-glucan, 20-30% of chitosan, 15-25% of bacillus subtilis, 10-15% of vitamin C, 8-13% of bupleurum, 7-11% of astragalus and 5-8% of eucommia ulmoides. The compound immunopotentiator has the advantages that: (1) the compound immunopotentiator is used as feed additive in fry feed with the addition of 0.1%-0.2%; (2) the immunity of fry is obviously enhanced and the survival rate is improved; (3) the immune effect is higher than the immune effect of single immunopotentiator; the immunosuppression phenomenon caused by the long-term application of single immunopotentiator is overcome so that the compound immunopotentiator can be used in the whole cycle of animal breeding; (4) the source of raw materials is stable; the raw materials have low price, and the production process is simple.
