Abstract

The composite material comprises the following components in proportion: 50 to 80 percent of polycaprolactam, 5 to 30 percent of glass fiber, 0 to 30 percent of ceramic powder, 2 to 10 percent of lubricant, 1 to 15 percent of fire retarding agent, 0.05 to 1 percent of antistatic agent and 0.05 to 0.5 percent of anti-ageing agent; and, the adding amount of surface active is 5 percent of the weight of the ceramic powder. The composite material has the advantages of high strength, wearing resistance, high temperature resistance, electrostatic resistance, fire resistance, anti-ageing, environmental protection and the like.
