The preparation method comprises the steps of washing, roughening, drying and mounting the inner wall of the copper pipe; throwing the dried charcoal powder from the port of the copper pipe 1; pouring pure aluminium liquid into the L shape injection port to make the pure aluminium liquidenter the copper pipe from the lower part via each sand groove of the casting box with the side holes; naturally cooling the copper pipe to room temperature after insulation; and cutting the copper core and aluminium core casting blank by a saw and trimming the head and the tail to prepare copper core and aluminium core casting blank. The device and the method not only are favourable for controlling dual metal-binding interface, ensuring the stability of blank quality, have low requirement on processing equipments capacity, and have the advantage of simple structure, convenient installation, high efficiency and low cost, and are suitable for large-scale industrial production.
