Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for purifying harmful components in flue gas comprehensively. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adopting a dusting removal desulphurization and denitration device to remove flue dust, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in the flue gas; (2) adopting a wet scrubber to remove the residual flue dust, colloid and other washable and removable components in the flue gas; and (3) adopting an adsorber to adsorb the residual harmful components. The device comprises the dusting removal desulphurization and denitration device, the wet scrubber and the adsorber which are connected sequentially, wherein the dusting removal device and the desulphurization and denitration device can be integrated or independent of each other; the wet scrubber adopts a spray tower provided with a sieve plate and a froth bed; the adsorber adopts a box type plugboard type structure; and various adsorbing materials are made into a standard plugboard which is plugged in a box body forming a flue gas passage. The device has a simple process and convenient operation, and can remove the harmful components in the flue gas comprehensively and reduce the harm to human bodies and the ecological environment caused by the flue gas.
