The surface of the lithium-enriched manganese-based anode material is coated with a coating layer consisting of Li3PO4 and Li4P2O7; a spinel phase nano-crystal is inlaid in the surface of the lithium-enriched manganese-based anode material; the spinel phase nano-crystal and a lithium-enriched layered material form a heterostructure; the lithium-enriched manganese-based anode material has a structural formula of Li1+aMnbMcO2, wherein M is one or more of Ni, Co, Al, Cr, Fe and Mg, 0<=a<=1, 0<=b<=1, and 0<=c<=1. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully mixing the lithium-enriched manganese-based anode material with a proper amount of phosphate; and (2) sintering the sample which is uniformly mixed in a certain atmosphere, thus obtaining the lithium-enriched manganese-based anode material with the fast ion conductor coating layer and the surface heterostructure. The first coulombic efficiency of the lithium-enriched anode material is improved, the cycling stability and rate performance of the lithium-enriched anode material are improved, and the requirements of a power battery can be met.

The invention discloses a modification method for super-hydrophobic packing particles for an anti-contamination flashover coating and application. The modification method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a packing particle dispersion; 2) preparing an ethanol dispersion of a fluorinated silane coupling agent, and adjusting the pH value of the ethanol dispersion of the fluorinated silanecoupling agent to 3-5; 3) adding the fluorinated silane coupling agent into the dispersion obtained in the step 2), performing ultrasonic treatment to sufficiently hydrate the fluorinated silane coupling agent so as to obtain a fluorinated silane coupling agent solution for later use; 4) adding the fluorinated silane coupling agent solution prepared in the step 3) into the dispersion with the packing particles prepared in the step 1), and performing a heating stirring reaction to modify the surfaces of the packing particles; 5) drying the modified material, and grinding, thereby obtaining themodified packing particles. According to the modification method, the surfaces of the packing particles for the anti-contamination flashover coating are modified by using the fluorinated silane coupling agent, then the surfaces of the packing particles are hydrophobic but oleophilic, furthermore the hydrophobicity of the coating is improved, and the hydrophobic angle can be up to 150 degrees or larger.

The invention discloses a silane coupling agent containing a vinyl ether chain segment, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The silane coupling agent is a novel silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent is acquired through the catalytic reaction of the traditional coupling agent with a formula (IV) structure and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether or alicyclic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. The application of the silane coupling agent disclosed by the invention in preparing a high-performance tread rubber by in situ modifying white carbon black can effectively reduce the VOC discharge in the size mixing process and in the use process of rubber products. The silane coupling agent disclosed by the invention also can be used for modifying the liquid phase of the white carbon black; the wet-process mixing can be realized; the problems of single method for modifying the white carbon black with the traditional silane coupling agent, large energy consumption in the processing process and serious pollution can be effectively solved; and the traditional coupling agent with the formula (IV) structure and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether in low cost are taken as the synthesis raw materials, so that the use cost of the coupling agent is lowered.

The invention disclose a filter paper impregnating emulsion in the automotive industry and a method for modifying the filter paper impregnating emulsion by using a polymeric emulsifier, and relates to a filter paper water-soluble impregnated resin in the automotive industry and the method for modifying the filter paper impregnating emulsion in the automotive industry by using the polymeric emulsifier. The emulsion of the invention comprises the polymeric emulsifier of 0.5 percent to 4 percent, a general emulsifier of 0 to 3 percent, hard-monomer styrene of 40 percent to 55 percent, soft-monomer acrylic ester of 40 percent to 55 percent, crosslinking monomer of 2 percent to 5 percent, and functional monomer of 2 percent to 10 percent according to the mixture ratio of the mass percent. The invention has the modification method that: the hard-monomer, the soft-monomer, the crosslinking monomer and the functional monomer are used as a copolymer, and the automobile air filter paper water-soluble impregnated resin is synthetized through a semicontinuous pre-emulsification emulsion polymerization method. The invention greatly enhances the hydrolytic resistance, solvent resistance and strength character of the filter paper after the impregnating in the water-soluble resin, lowers the emulsion manufacturing cost, and reduces the environment pollution caused by dissociative emulsifier after the general emulsion is applied. The invention has the advantages of high monomer percent conversion, stable emulsion, etc.

The invention provides a method for preparing a high-strength high-density isotropic graphite material. According to the method, pitch mesocarbon micro bead (MCMB) powder of which the D50 is larger than 20 micrometers, and the volatile content is less than 7 percent is taken as a raw material, and the high-strength high-density isotropic graphite material is prepared by adopting the self-sintering process that the raw material powder is added into an organic solvent of pitch, the solvent is removed, the powder is pressed, a green briquette is formed through isostatic compaction, roasting and carbonization are performed, and graphitization is performed. According to the method, an organic solvent method is utilized to disperse bitumastic cement, so as to realize the modification on MCMB powder with large size and low volatile matter, the original shapes and sizes of the MCMB particles are basically kept after modification, good self sinterability is realized, and the finally obtained graphite is fine and uniform in structure, high in density and excellent in mechanical property. The pitch of the dispersed and modified MCMB is distributed uniformly, the inner stress of the green briquette in the isostatic compaction step is more uniformly distributed, and balanced expansion and shrinkage in the working procedures of roasting and graphitization are realized, and therefore, a product is not liable to crack, and the yield reaches not less than 90 percent.
