Abstract

The invention provides a bamboo green removing device and relates to a mechanical device, in particular to the mechanical device used for removing the green skin of the outer surface layer of the bamboo. The device of the invention comprises a worktable. A bamboo transmission system and a bamboo green cutting system are arranged on the worktable. The bamboo is transmitted to a chipping system by the transmission system. After the bamboo green is removed, the bamboo is output by the transmission system. The mechanical device is characterized in that the transmission system comprises a group of roller conveyor which is continuously arranged by a plurality of transmission rollers. The transmission rollers are transmitted by a motor through a chain. The front part of the roller conveyor is provided with a feed inlet for guiding the transmitted bamboo. A press roll is arranged at an outlet of the feed inlet for pressing the bamboo to jump on the roller conveyor. The back part of the roller conveyor is provided with an outlet for guiding the bamboo with the green removed. A press roll is arranged at the export of the outlet for pressing the bamboo to jump on the roller conveyor. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, high production ability, safety and reliability. The device can be used for the mass mechanical production of the bamboo green removing, and the raw material consumption is reduced.
