Abstract

The invention relates to a photocatalyst device which comprises at least one photocatalyst layer and at least one plate electrode; the at least one photocatalyst layer is used for generating electronsand cavities by excitation after absorbing the energy of light with specific wave length; and the at least one plate electrode is respectively arranged to be adjacent to the corresponding photocatalyst layer and used for polarizing the electrons and cavities generated by the corresponding photocatalyst layer by excitation after being provided with a bias voltage.
