Abstract

The system includes a motor driver, a DC electric machine, a super capacitorbank, a boost DC converter and a charger. The input terminal of the charger is connected with a three-phase or single phase AC power supply. One terminal of the super capacitor bank is connected withthe output terminal of the charger and the other terminal is connected with the input terminal of the boost DC converter. The output terminal of the boost DC converter is connected with input terminal of the DC electric machine via wires. When the system is power outages, the super capacitor branch can supply power to the motor system instead of the three-phase AC power supply immediately, and reliability of the system is improved efficiently. At the same time, because the super capacitor has a high energy efficiency, so the actual use of capacity is reduced and the system cost is reduced.
