Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing feed by utilizing collagen polypeptide liquid, comprising the following steps: (1) utilizing leather scraps to obtain the collagen polypeptide liquid with the temperature of 90-120 DEG C according to a conventional process; and (2) taking the obtained collagen polypeptide liquid as bacteria culture solution to be used directly and producing feed according to a conventional fermentation technology. The percentage concentration by weight of the collagen polypeptide liquid is 5-20%. The invention leaves out a series of procedures (such as concentration, spray dehydration and drying and the like) of producing collagen polypeptide powder from collagen polypeptide liquid in the technical background, avoids the consumption of a large amount of water, electricity and steam in the steps, reduces process flow, takes the obtained collagen polypeptide liquid as the bacteria culture solution to be used directly and produces feed according to the conventional fermentation technology, leaves out the steps of heating up, boiling and reducing temperature to the water fermentation materials in the technical background, and also avoids the consumption of a large amount of water, electricity and steam in the steps, thus saving energy effectively, shortening production time, and substantially lowering production cost.
