In the invention, a gas chamber is a glass gas chamber in a cylindrical totally-enclosed structure; a cross section of the gas chamber is elliptical; a total reflection film is plated on an inside wall of the gas chamber; a top cap and a bottom cap of the gas chamber are respectively provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet; the total reflection film on the inside wall of the gas chamber is provided with an incident light passing window; an incident optical fiber collimator is arranged at a position corresponding to the incident light passing window; the incident optical fiber collimator is connected with a laser through an optical fiber; the total reflection film on the inside wall of the gas chamber is provided with an emergent light passing window; an emergent optical fiber collimator is arranged at a position corresponding to the emergent light passing window; an output end of the emergent optical fiber collimator is optically connected with an input end of a detector; an output end of the detector is connected with a signal processor; and the incident light passing window and the emergent light passing window are in the same horizontal elliptical cross section.
