A circuit of the device comprises a patch antenna set, a coplanar waveguide electric powersupply circuit, a microwave ceramics dielectric substrate with a high dielectric constant, a ground plane of the coplanar waveguide electric powersupply circuit, and an FBAR integrated multiplexer; in the structure of the integrated multi-antenna and multiplexer module device of the MIMO system base station, the patch antenna set and the electric powersupply circuit are positioned at the top surface of the microwave ceramics dielectric substrate, the ground plane of the coplanar waveguide electric powersupply circuit and the FBAR integrated multiplexer are positioned at the bottom surfaceof the microwave ceramics dielectric substrate, the FBAR integrated multiplexer and the ground plane of the coplanar waveguide electric powersupply circuit are arranged at the position under the coplanar waveguide electric powersupply circuit; and the patch antenna set is connected with the FBAR integrated multiplexer through the coplanar waveguide electric powersupply circuit.
