[0012] 1. Method summary

[0013] The sample is dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, fumed with sulfuric acid, diluted to a certain volume, and the atomized solution is introduced into an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer to measure the spectral line intensity of the element to be measured. According to the spectral line intensity measured by the standard substance with known concentration, the concentration of the corresponding element of the substance to be measured is calculated.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of ferrous metallurgical analysis, in particular to a method for measuring contents of aluminum, calcium, barium, strontium, and phosphorus in silicon-calcium-barium alloy by ICP (inductively coupled plasma). The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a sample with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, fuming with sulfuric acid, diluting to a certain volume, and introducing an atomized solution into an inductive coupling plasma atomic emission spectrometer to measure the intensity of a spectral line to be measured; and solving the concentration of elements corresponding to substances to be measured based on the measured spectral line intensity of known concentration standard substances. The method has the advantages of no pollution and capability of analyzing and determining the content of the calcium, the barium, the aluminum, the phosphorus and the strontium in the silicon-calcium-barium alloy and meanwhile, separating the barium and the strontium which can not be separated by a chemical analytical method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of iron and steel metallurgical analysis, and relates to an ICP method for measuring the contents of aluminum, calcium, barium, strontium and phosphorus in a silicon-calcium-barium alloy. Background technique [0002] Silicon-calcium-barium alloy is a deoxidizer and desulfurizer for steelmaking, and it also has the function of dephosphorization (BaP2, BaP3), and is an inoculant and modifier for casting. Adding silicon-calcium-barium alloy to the molten steel deoxidized by a large amount of aluminum can remove the aluminum oxide inclusions in the steel, improve the isotropy of the steel, and have good processability and mechanical properties. [0003] The barium in the silicon-calcium-barium alloy can effectively reduce the vapor pressure of calcium in the steelmaking temperature range and increase the solubility of calcium in the molten steel. Compared with the silicon-calcium alloy, the silicon-calcium-bari...
