The invention discloses a recovery process of low-grade oxidizing molybdenum ore, belonging to the technical filed of metallurgy and comprising the following steps of: crushing, grinding and preliminarily floating ore in sequence; leaching rough concentrate obtained by preliminary floating with alkaline; obtaining alkaline leaching slag and a molybdate-containing precious solution by solid-liquid separation after alkaline leaching; secondarily floating alkaline leaching slag to obtain molybdenum concentrate; and transferring the molybdate-containing precious solution to ammonium molybdate for production. During preliminary floating, the ore pulp density is 30-35 percent and a floating medicine is lime, copper sulfate, sodium sulfide, water glass, sodium butyl xanthogenate, SN-9, kerosene and No.2 oil. With the technical scheme, the molybdenum ore with the oxygenation efficiency of 50-90 percent and the molybdenum grade of 0.08-0.5 percent can be treated to obtain the rough molybdenite concentrate with the molybdenum grade of 10-20 percent and the recovery rate of more than 80 percent, thereby completely meeting the requirements of metallurgy raw materials in a dressing-metallurgy combined flow.
